Are there any hidden costs when selling my Property With NIPG?

Simple Answer No. You can add your property completely free of charge. We do offer a range of add-ons, create­d specifically to enhance your property listing. NI Property Group do not charge commission, we are not Estate Agents, so there is nothing to pay when the property is sold or rented. Your property will remain listed for 1 year or until sold or rented.

Can I sell my property on nipropertygroup.co.uk and an estate agent at the same time?

Yes you can. But you must check the contract that you have in place with your estate agent. If you have signed a sole agency agreement, you may be liable to pay a fee to the agent on completion. If you have already instructed an agent and are in the middle of your contract period, then the it is best that you let them know you are attempting to sell privately as well. You can also use NI Property Group as an additional advertising tool by adding your property and enter your agents contact details.

How do I value my own home?

How do I register?

Simply, when you select "add property" on the homepage and add the details of the property you are wishing to advertise, You will be asked to enter your email address and to select a password. This is the log in details you will use to access your user profile in the future.  We do not pass on your details to anyone, we have to ask you to register so you can fully enjoy your NI Property Group Experience and use all the great online services we can provide to you. How long can I post my home on NI Property Group?

You can market your home on nipropertygroup.co.uk for up to a year.

How much does it cost to market my home on NI Property Group?

Nothing, that’s right it is completely free to add your property on the website, you are in complete control. There are various add ons which you can purchase if you wish to enhance your property listing such as extra colour photographs, For Sale, To Let Boards and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s)

How Secure are my personal details?

The Security of Your details is of paramount importance to us We have high speed servers which are completely secure, with dedicated internet hosting.

Credit card transactions are processed separately via our service providers Pay Pal, using industry leading SSL encryption. We do NOT share customers' personal details with any other organisations. We take great care to protect your privacy and personal data at all times, this is never passed on to anyone.

Can I update or change my details after they are published on the Website?

Absolutely we have spent time developing our own unique, step by step, online editing feature which provides you with instant access to your own user account. This means you can amend the details, any time you want, 24 hours 7 days a week.

You can change the asking price, update your description, select different contact details - you have direct control, but if you need help with changes, we give you free support and assistance any time you need it.

Does my property Require an EPC?

If you are selling or renting out a property in Northern Ireland it is a legal requirement that it has an EPC. A sale will not complete without one, therefore its best to have the energy assessment completed early in order to avoid delays further down the line.
